Identificación

Cabeza negra con frente parda. Dorsal pardo. Garganta ocre con estrías pardas. Resto de la parte ventral acanelado con tono grisáceo. Alas negras con las barbas externas de las remeras internas, pardas. Pico y patas amarillo anaranjado. Anillo periocular amarillento. Cola negra.

- Hábitat: bosques templados.

- Reproducción: construye su nido asentado en ramas de árboles o arbustos, con forma de tazón, con fibras vegetales, raíces y barro. Internamente fibras finas y raicillas. Pone 3 huevos de color verdoso o celeste verdoso con pintas castañas.
